USB Mouse stop working on vista INF problem

Dear All,

We are having windows vista 32 bit .every this was working fine suddenly
Mouse stopped working .now its showing under unknown
devices ,I download driver from www.dell.com to install the driver its
showing the below error msg.

The Machine is Dell OPTIPLEX 755 .

HID-compliant device

An error occurred during the installation of the device :
The driver installation file for this device is missing a necessary
entery. This may be because the INF was written for Windows 95 or
later.Contact your hardware vendor.

Thanks

Re: USB Mouse stop working on vista INF problem
In Device Manager uninstall the mouse. With the mouse plugged in reboot and
follow the prompts.
