DVD-RW/+RW - copy foreign language URL

I am using Vista business. Roxio Easy Media creator Version 10does NOT have
“drag and drop� feature. Also Nero Version 8, does NOT have “incd�.

I have read almost all suggestions about formatting DVD-RW/+RW on discussion
forum.


To copy a file(s) to DVD-R it need to be formatted. I do it from Window
explorer by right clicking and choosing format.

My problem is

I can copy most of the files. I have a URL which is in Russian. It just can
NOT be copied. I tried several times, but no luck. I have not tried with any
other foreign language.

Any suggestions?

This problem is a sum of limitation of the ISO filesystem and lack of
Unicode support
in many software products.

A suggestion: put foreign language URLs in a html file and name this file
so that it never causes problems.
Any html browser will display multi-language html and let you follow the
links.

I never had this problem with Windows XP, Windows 98 etc I do not understand
why this has become a problem with Vista.

I thoght Vista is an improvement over XP !!!!
