Synchronisation Smartphone

If I delete one of the weekly repeated appointments on my smartphone, than is
this appointment not deleted on my computer after synchronisation. How can I
change that? I use Outlook 2002 on both devices, computer and smartphone.
Neither can I delete it on my computer. I than get the remark: item can't be
opened!
Who can help me? Maria from The Netherlands.
