time change when synchronising blackberry

hello, i have VISTA and 7290 Blackberry and the desktop manager synchronised
to my outlook but everytime I synch it it changes the time on my device to
Eniwetok time zone (???) I first thought it was something with the software,
but I recently upgraded my blackberry and its software and it's still doing
the same thing.

I checked the time zone in the control panel, etc.. is ok. So I'm thinking
it has to be with Vista... right?

What do you think?
