Synchronising

Hello,

I have been using an Orange SPV M3100 smartphone to synchronise with Sync
Center in Windows Vista without any problems.

There was a problem with my phone and it had to be replaced, with the exact
same model. When I tried to synchronise again to transfer my contacts and
tasks to the new phone, it recognised it as a new device, and I don't know
how to access my old contacts list. The Sync is showing 2 devices now, my old
phone (which is not connected) and the new phone.

My question is how to access the old contact list from the old phone, or if
anyone knows of a way i can synchronise the old details with the new ways, it
would be very much appreciated. I haven't synched with Outlook which was a
big mistake, but I assumed the Sync Center would be good enough.
