Leadtek DTV2000H TV tuner

The very first time i installed the drivers and software on vista it worked
100%. After a while it stopped working on vista, so i decided to uninstall it
and try to reinstall it. When i tried reinstalling, windows refused to
install it properly each and every time i tried.

What can i do about it, is this some glitch in vista ultimate?
