USB Flash Driver

I have recently upgraded my OS from win XP to Vista (32 bit)
Since then i am not able to use USB Flash drive.
It appears the USB Mass Storage Driver is having problem.
When i see system information it shows usbstor as stopped.
Can any bady please help?
