Patch for Lexmark Printer

Can anyone tell me where I can get a patch so my all in one Printer will be
compatible with Vista?

You'll need to contact Lexmark and see if they have Vista drivers for your
model, and as it is an "all in one", if they have updated software for all
the functions that's Vista-compatible.
