driverless USB2 webcam

Hi,

I have a driverless (use Microsoft standard USB 2.0 camera driver) webcam
and the system can recognize it and it can be found in imaging device in
device manager and I can use it in MSN, Skype no problem.

But I cannot find the webcam in scanner&camera section in control panel and
I cannot import image from none of the applications like paint, photoshop
pro...

Any ideas on how I can use this webcam with other applications? or where I
can find this webcam in any applet in control panel?
