MS webcam VX-3000 + Vista Ultimate 32bit = Blue Screen

I have done clean installation of Vista on my computer and it has been
working just fine until I installed the VX-3000 webcam. Webcam works fine
but, since I installed the WebCam I've been getting the "blue screen of
death". I removed the webcam and I haven't had any problem since then.

I have installed the latest software from microsoft for the webcam. Any
thoughts?
