Try downloading and installing all the latest updates available at the
Microsoft Vista update site, if you haven't already done so. Sometimes those
updates fix issues such as you have. If that approach doesn't correct the
problem, then perhaps someone else can provide a better answer, or perhaps
Acer has a better solution.
