dvd/rw driver code 39
I seem to be having the same problem as a few others, except, I bought this
computer with vista already installed and my dvd/rw already installed, both
by the manufacturer. So I'm not sure where to go.

Call the computer mftr.'s tech support since this a new machine and
everything should be working.

I'd go right back to the store where I bought the computer, with the
computer in my hand. I wouldn't leave till I had one that worked.
