Just to be sure, do you have the right driver? I think it's found here:

Before extracting the downloaded .zip file, right click on it and choose
Properties. Click on Unblock, then Apply, and then OK. Then extract the
files.
Using Device Manger, try this. On the Driver tab,
choose Update Driver. Then choose "Browse
my computer for driver software." Then Choose "Let me pick from a list of
device drivers on my computer." Then choose "Have Disk". Then browse all
the way to the folder containing the *.inf file.
