Canon scanner

I am being told by the vista upgrade advisor that my Canon N670 scanner will not work with Vista. Does anyone know if this is true. Driver problem? Has anyone tried to use this scanner with vista?

Hi!

The Canon scanners drivers have many bugs, on XP also.
These bugs inhibit the using of the scanner.

e.g. I have scanner (Canon) who work on some computers (XP-SP2), and
no work on others computers (XP-SP2 also).

Perhaps your problem is no specific to Vista...

Thanks. I liked the compact USB form of the Canoscan. I wish Canon would
update their scanners for Vista.

There are updated Vista drivers on Canon's website for that model - I have it
and they work fine.
