Any sources for installing Windows Vista Home Premium to laptop w new hard drive?

My hard drive needed to be replaced so I took it to the shop. In hopes of saving money I wanted to try installing Windows Vista myself. I have the reinstallation disk that came with my DELL Inspiron 1525.

I put the disk in and I only have 3 options:

1. To reboot
2.Run a memory Scan
3. Access Menu


I have no idea what I am doing and want to take it to the shop but since it's easter weekend, I will not have my laptop back until next week.

Is it possible to do this at home? If so, are there any guides?
