Magic CD drive?
I am running Vista Home Premuim SP1 (Dell Inspiron 530) and all the time,
the system will stop recognizing my DVD-RW drive. This has been happening
since pretty much day one and the only way to stop it for more than 2 days
is to disconnect and reconnect the drive internally. Any suggestions?

Re: Magic CD drive?
Hi,you or so got too understand it might not be a issue with drivers ect..It
may well be the hardware ect the drive its self.I too have bort a new ACER
desk top cpu,And had same type of problem, how ever i tryed all info on
drivers ect..And problem keeped coming. So i took the computer to A&R
computers for there tech mob to take a look,And found out it was the drive!
but the thing is?..it was new!? So some cases its not allways drivers
ect..Just keep it in mine.Dion
