slide shows

i have been sent 2 slide shows lately and i have not been able to see the
slide show. i can only see 1 picture, it does not go from picture to
picture. i click on the screen and on the middle item to start the slide
show.

"Slide show" is too inclusive to troubleshoot. Are we talking PowerPoint
presentations? A Photo Story? Java applet? What's the filename extension?

And are they standalone "slide shows," or embedded in a web page, or . . . ?

Whatever kind of "slide show" you're asking about, can you view other "slide
shows" of the same type? Have you asked the author or sender of the "slide
show" if she is sure it works, or asked him to send it again?
