installing problem

I need installing this app. but I have got this messege
"The Windows Vista Hardware Assessment setup wizard failed while loading the
WVHA setup main page
string not null
parameter name: string"

Xp Pro SP2 Turkish (inpu method English)
Office 2003
..NET framework 2.0
sql 2005 express edition installed
