Hi disp350,
For ATI Catalyst Control Center, just uninstall it from Programs and
Features leaving just the driver itself. When you install the ATI
driver, check Custom and uncheck Control Center from the installation
list. This will get rid of that right click.
I do not know on the other item. May be something similar.
