Disctored Picture on DVD Playback

Hello

Trying to playback some Disney DVD's for my daughter on our new pc - however
the picture is very distorted. The menu screens are fine, other than that the
picture seems be overlapped with the "warning" screen.

Has anyone else come across this or know how I can resolve this problem?

Won't play properly in Media Centre or Media Player.

I too have the same problem... the DVD plays, but the image is sometimes very
distorted. Also, I have managed to play certain chapters of DVD's and some
of the sound are missing (usually the dialogue).
