vista - screen shaking when run firefox

I just bought a Dell laptop, xps m1210 with vista ultimate. It works fine
everying except the firefox, which I prefer to use. I contacted Dell but they
have no solutions at present either.

does anyone have any clue what is the problem?

I had this also, after I removed all entries on the bookmarks toolbar. I
fixed it by closing the bookmarks toolbar.
I can also stop it by adding an entry to the bookmarks toolbar, but I don't
use that toolbar, so best for me to cure the shaking by closing the toolbar.
The issue is reproducible, on my system.

My suggestions are, either download and install right on top of the one you
currently have or uninstall it completely and install the latest version of
it. That should take care of that problem, I, myself had this problem and
that's how I solved.

The reason your screen is shaking is because the table it's on is too close
to the front of the house. When cars drive by, the vibrations from the road
shake the table. Move the table to the back of the house!
