Can't surf web after installing update for IE7

After installing the "cumulative security update for IE7 in windows vista
(KB933566)", I can online but cannot surf web. Anyone know how to solve the
problem?

You "can online" what? Do you receive any error messages? How do you know
you are online? Maybe a better explanation would be in order.

Get rid of Windows Vista and use PCLInuxOS.
