PDF

Anyone any idea what this is?

'pdfcreatehook application has stopped working'

And how do I fix it. I can't find any references to this in either MS, or
web.

Is it adobe pdf or which one? Go to the website from the software vendeor.

It's happening when I open any pdf file. I've checked on Adode and Scansoft,
but neither of them have any reference to what a 'pdfhook' is.

It is a pdf create application (Nuance?). Go to Start, Control Panel, Classic View, System, Advanced System Settings, System Properties, Advanced, Setting in the Performance Section, Data Execution Prevention, ADD, then find your pdf program (PDF Create?) and select pdfcreatehook.exe. This fixed it for me.
