Office 2003 issues

in a new vista home premium office 2003 was sent until 2007 could be sent.
the install crashed but than finished leaving a problem.
The computer wont record the accepting of the user end license agreement. it
keeps requiring an acceptance everytime it starts, but it knows the product
was activated. any help????

I'd uninstall Office and try again.
Make sure all other programs (including your AV) are closed
while installing Office.

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time
that you start an Office program
