Game Explorer problem

Games explorer asked me if it could connect to the internet a few days ago.
Every other time it asked I said yes, but I didn't have the internet this
time and it kept asking so I said no. Now that I am back online it won't get
any of the game box art or any game info for the 3 games I installed on my
computer, but my friend who has these same 3 games is able to get the box art
and info.

I check the options and it is checked for downloading information.

I know this is just a minor anoyance to some people, but I like having
information about my games, and the box art makes things easier for my sister
to find games she likes.

Any help?
