Windows Easy Transfer - Failed to initialize the logging system
When I start Windows Easy Transfer - MigSetup.exe on my old computer (Windows
XP SP2) it says "Failed to initialize the logging system".
What is wrong?
I have the same problem with WET with one notebook computer under Windows XP, no matter SP2 or SP3. It is probably related with settings, protections or services as there is no problem with another similar notebook.
Please advise what is the problem and how to proceed?
