when i start my computer this box keep appearing

when i open my computer my registration kodax box keep appearing, i fill this
registration a lots of time but it keep coming back, how do i stop this

Since it belongs to something from Kodak, find out what Kodak
hardware/software you have on your computer, then ask Kodak how to fix it.
