Language interface pack

The LIP for vista is not available on Microsoft website yet. I only
have the home edition, will i be able to download the XP one to use on
the vista OS?

When i download chinese music, it cannot be displayed properly and it
messes up my itune folder. TIA

No, the XP one will not be your solution. You will need to wait for the
appropriate Vista language pack.

Hi,

I bought a laptop in Japan and it has Vista Home Premium on it with
only the Japanese language installed. I can"t read Japanese, so I'm
completely lost. I thought I'd be able to change it to English. I
managed to change the language setting to English in kanji by using a
translation book I have, but still no joy.

Any ideas ?

If you can read what comes up open Help & Support and search on Change
Languages -- on my Ultimate version which is supposed to be very
language flexible, it opens up an index to all the aspects including
how to get and how to install.

I can't tell you to what extent you can change on your version -- I
find it very confusing.
