No OS after recovery ran and got frozen

I just bought a PC, as an open item and it didn't came with the original
Recovery disks, they created them from Windows Vista, but as I was running
the disk it froze and I had to force it to reboot, so after that its not
running, it always runs as if the recovery disk was in it and it can't find
any OS on it.

What can I do that is easy and I don't have to get back to the store to do
it ?

If you don't have the install media you have 2 choices.

1. Buy it

2. Take the computer back to the store
