Why won't TIFF documents/pictures print in portrait configuration?
When I receive an electronic fax, it arrives in a TIFF format. When I go to
print it off, changes the look from portrait to landscape, but the contents
stay the portrait position, causing a contorted, printed document. How can a
rotate the contents in order to print it off the way it looks when merely
viewing it?

wait...

I believe that you have to do that from within the printers driver setting
window..

you should set it to portrait...

When you open the TIF, is there a File menu with a Print command? If yes,
click Print on the File Menu, the box that opens should give you the option
to print in landscape or portrait.
