Having trouble getting into a web page

I can get to the main page but when I try to access the message board it
starts to load. About half way through loading it just stays idle. Ive tried
messing with the firewall and nothing. Ive also tried Firefox and nothing
there either. Its only that website that I cant access. Any tips as to what I
can try? Thanks

What website is it and have you tried visiting it from XP lately? Just
wondering.
