csrss.exe and winlogon.exe is this a Window Vista process?
csrss.exe and winlogon.exe is this a Windows Vista processes and how come i
have
two csrss.exe process on the task manager.

There should be 1 csrss for user & 1 for system.

And yes winlogon.exe is the main executable used to handle the genuine
checks and the NT Logon process.

I'm looking at csrss.exe on task manager and i dont see any User Name it's
blank no name. Is this even normal?

Open task manager with elevated privileges to see the user name for those
two processes. Start | Task Manager | Right click, run as administrator.
Or open TM from the taskbar and click on Show processes for all users. The
User name displays in admin mode, but not otherwise. I have two running,
both under System. It's normal.

csrss.exe:
Description: csrss.exe is the main executable for the Microsoft
Client/Server Runtime Server Subsystem. This process manages most

winlogon.exe:
Description: winlogon.exe is a process belonging to the Windows login
