"Save As" dialog box - only shows internet history

When we want to save a file in any application, like Word, the drop down
address menu at the top only shows Internet history (web site addresses like
cnn.com etc)

is that normal or is that a corrupt installation ?

No, that is normal. You really aren't supposed to look for other locations
on your computer throught that drop down list. That shows recently visited
places ie web addresses and file locations.

Very odd, but that is how it is now.
