Connecting to home folder on 2003 Server

All users are setup in AD on 2003 domain controller. In the user account,
under profile, home folder, each user has Z marked to connect to
\\servername\share\%username%. This works fine for all XP Professional
machines.

Just added 2 new Vista Business computers to the domain and for some reason
they cannot get this folder. All other drive mappings show but not the home
folder.

New to Vista and not sure where to start. Any help would be appreciated.
