ExtractVersionResource16W could not be located in SHELL32.DLL
Hi,

When I am trying to run a Win32 application in Windows Vista I am getting
the error message given below.

"The procedure entry point ExtractVersionResource16W could not be located in
the dynamic link library SHELL32.DLL

How to get rid of it?
