That's a different symptom in Vista then. XP apparently scrolls the display
in that case even if there aren't scrollbars to do that with manually.

Hmm... perhaps it would help to give an explicit example?
E.g. when you say "move the top of the box" does that mean you are dragging
a dialog box? In that case is there also an equivalent keyboard menu?
(E.g. Alt-Space,M -- in which case you may be able to drag the window
beyond the top of the display area using CursorUp.) But then it must be
an unusual dialog if it still has buttons showing beyond that which you can
only tab to...

Also, if you press PrintScrn and use the ClipBoard viewer
can you see the whole window in it or just the displayed portion of it?

BTW I think that this is off-topic for the IE NG and think you would probably
get better assistance from a Vista-specific one. Cross-posting to Vista General
for convenience.

Good luck

Robert

Re: Increasing display font size
Easiest example is 'Backup Status and Configuration', I lose the last quarter
of the dialogue box. I can drag and drop from the top of the box only, to
the top of the screen, I can't seem to drag and drop from anywhere else, nor
can I stretch/shrink the egdes of the box.

ALT+SPACE+M allows me to move the box with the cursors, but as soon as I do
anything (like move the mouse), the top of the box drops back to the top of
the screen.

PrintScreen and paste shows the dialogue box as it is displayed on the
screen (missing the bottom), ALT+PrintScreen also does not show the whole
box, just a bit of the task bar and not the bottom of the dialogue box.

Another IE visibility tip is to remove the status bar and go full screen
(F11). This view could be useful from media centre(?)

Thanks for changing the group, went off on tangent! Can anyone help?
