Run Certain Startup Programs As Administrator...

Hello,

I have a couple of utilities in my startup folder that need to be run as
administrator.

How do I make such a program "Run As Adminnistrator" automatically?

Right click the programs executable, click Properties > Compatibility (tab)
under "Priviledge Level" check the box that says "Run this program as an
Administrator" > Apply > OK.
