Copying Dialog appears over Confirm File Replace dialog

I have noticed more often then not when I am uploading files from my
system, the Confirm File Replace dialog pops up underneath the Copy
Dialog, which sits at Calculating time required. heh, the dialogs are
pretty well nested and I sometimes sit and wait for a while before I
realize there is another window there waiting for my input. How can I
have the Confirm File Replace bring itself to the front automatically?

I've suffered this same problem. Unfortunately, we'll probably have to wait
for a service pack or some such release before this is fixed.
