Speech recognition

I have successfully used speech recognition several times but when I now try
to activate it either from the tool bar or control panel, nothing happens.
Also, the language bar does not appear in the top right of the screen. I've
followed all of the help suggestions with no success. I'm on office 2003 with
Vista Home Premium. Any suggestions anybody?

Are you using Vista's voice recognition? Have you just moved to Vista? - you
may need to enable additional language support - it's not there by default.

Hi, Mac. I'm using Vista VR and I was before. I don't know why it suddenly
stopped. Maybe going through your suggestion could help.
