I only have a couple ideas, and they're just ideas:
1. Put the website you are logging on to in your "Trusted Zone".
Start IE7 > Tools > Internet Options > Security > hightlight the "Trusted
sites" icon (looks like a big green checkmark) then hit the "Sites" button
beneath it > add the address of the site (e.g.
http://www.somesite.com)
that you want to log on to to the list .. you might have to uncheck the
"Require server verification (https

for all sites in this zone" checkbox
if it is an http and not an https website.
2. Alert the website's administrators you are having issues with loggining
using Vista.
