Unable to Add Web Page to Favorites

When trying to add a web page to my favorites I get the
error: 'Unable to create "webpage address" '
'Unspecified Error'

Any help will be appreciated.

Navigate to the "Favorites" folder, right click, choose properties. Choose
security tab. Highlight "Users (name of your computer\name of current
log-on)". In the "Allow" column, check 'Full Control', apply, etc.

Ok. Thanks much.
I moved the location of my favorites, using TweakVI,
to under a folder I use to keep everything I backup.
I thought I needed to switch it back to the default location
but everything's fine now.
