Hallo. I've got a problem which sounds similar to other posts here for
Windows XP, but answers for XP don't seem to work with Vista.
What's happening is: I'll be working in MS Word for a while, all is well,
and then suddenly the keystrokes for a question mark or quotation mark gives
me a capital E with an accent agu. I've tried checking the language and
region settings, keyboard settings, etc., which haven't worked - they all
look fine - and I usually end up restarting the system - which doesn't seem
particularly efficient, although it does seem to solve the problem. Any
suggestions would be most welcomed!
(also - I am in Canada, and suspect this might be affecting things, but I've
never had it happen before, and have always been in Canada.... It's like Bill
101 has infected Vista!
