Windows Vista Problem Reports and Solutions about HP Asset

I love the Problem Reports and Solutions feature but have recently been
having an issue with a certain report about my HP Asset (whatever that may
be). I have a new HP Windows Vista Media Center computer with a program
called HP Total Care Advisor installed on it and my specs are an AMD Athlon
64 X2 4800+ processor (2.5GHz per core), 2Gb of RAM, and a 500Gb hard drive.
The Problem Reports and Solutions feature usually tells you there is a
problem once and gives a solution later, but the problem I have is it saying
"HPAsset stopped working and was closed" every minute but not giving any
solutions. If anyone may have a solution, please feel free to post a reply.
