HYPER TERMINAL REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

i need a replacement for hyper terminal for windows Vista. i use this for
upgrading control modules on a nearly daily basis for work. i need something
that will allow me to connect via a USB port and at a transfer rate of
115200. i need to send text file the way it was possible with hyper
terminal. any help would be great!
