Corrupt Cookies Folder

Does anyone have any idea how to delete a corrupt cookies folder? The
folder is inaccessible. I had to delete the user account and start a new
one from scratch to avoid getting errors when opening new programs.
However, in deleting the user account, the corrupt cookies folder was the
only one that was not deleteable. It remains in my hard drive as corrupt,
inaccessible, and undeleteable.

I'm on a Windows Vista Home Premium OS.

Any ideas anyone?

strange! do a check disk...

go to your c drive right click on it > properties> tools> check disk for
errors...

you will be propted to restart and let it check your disk..
