Blue Screen Crash yet again

System_Service_Custom (?) and a byte ending in 3B. It sent a message to MS
after rebooting. I checked Event Viewer and there were numerous items listed
in the Last Hour column but the only one I saw that seemed relevant just
stated that the shutdown 2 minutes earlier was Unexpected.

This crash happened when I clicked to open an Outlook 2007 message from this
discussion group.

Vista Ultimate 64 bit. Dell XPS 400 3.2 Pentium D (940) 4 Gb RAM

Anybody have a clue on this?
