how to share files in intranet

I have two computers with 2k, one with xp pro. I don't have problem in
sharing files between these computer via intranet. My new vista laptop can
use the wireless link to surf the internet. But I cannot share file or get
files from other computers. In other computers, "My Network Places", I
cannot see this Vista (business) laptop.

Any suggestion?

does your new laptop belong to the same workgroup?
did you turn on file sharing?

In Control Panel | Network and sharing center | Activate the 2 first options
under "Sharing and discovery".

ThePro
