Hi, What is that new file NTUSER.DAT in my User Folder ?

It is the user specific registry settings. It has always been there. Did you
change the settings in Explorer to view system files?

That is the user portion of your registry. It gets modified as you use
the system. It's not new, it was created when your profile was created.
