lost access to internet
I've had this problem twice since I installed Vista Home Premium a few days
ago.

I am browsing the internet with IE7, but suddenly can't view any web pages
anymore ("The page cannot be displayed"). So I check other Apps like Opera,
Messenger, Skype, but they all can't connect now. However, Vista still says
I am connected to the internet and my DSL connection also shows "connected"
status.
I tried to disconnect the DSL connection to my provider and then re-connect.
Vista takes a few seconds to register the computer in the network. But still
none of my programs are able to connect to the internet. I tried this a
couple more times, but no go.
Lastly I restarted Vista and everything worked fine again.

Has someone else experienced this problem?

Re: lost access to internet
I know some friends who use IE 7 over DSL in XP have had to roll back to IE6
because of similar issues. It might be an IE 7 problem and you might find
an answer on those groups.
