What Richard said, with the minor addition that you'd probably want to focus
on identifying and resolving your crashes. The information in the Problem
Reports and Solutions center may or may not be useful to you (oftentimes the
crashing DLL is identified), but it can be useful to the people in this
newsgroup and actual Product Support.
